A 50-year old actress has come forward on Friday saying that she filed the sexual harassment claim against ousted Hewlett-Packard Chief Executive Officer Mark Hurd. New York Times has identified Jodie Fisher as the HP contract worker with whom Mark Hurd was involved with leading to the sexual harassment case.

Fisher has appeared in movies since the 1990’s. Her appearance on the reality show Age of Love in 2007 was short-lived as she was the first to be eliminated on this dating show that featured professional tennis player Mark Philipoussis searching for a compatible female partner.

Fisher claims that her contract job at HP involved “high-level customer and executive summit events”.

The allegations of sexual harassment came up in June when Fisher’s lawyer contacted Hewlett-Packard. Both Hurd and Fisher denied that they had a sexual relationship but the HP board found irregular expense reports that show payments were made to Fisher. These irregularities apparently violate company policies on business conduct. As a result, then HP CEO was forced to resign on Friday. The sexual harassment case was reportedly resolved without any litigation.
